A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment via card or exact cash.

All cancellations result in deposit forfeiture, regardless of notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be completed through the booking site. For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact me directly.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice to transfer your deposit. Otherwise, a new deposit is required.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. At 15 minutes, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.

APPOINTMENT PREP
Avoid exfoliants and active skincare around brows 2–3 days before your appointment.
Arrive with clean brows, free of makeup and skincare.
Avoid excessive caffeine before your appointment.
Complete your consent form before your service.
Arrive on time to avoid late fees.
SKIN & SAFETY
Disclose allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions.
Do not book with open wounds, sunburn, or irritated skin.
Disclose Accutane (isotretinoin), tretinoin (Retin-A), or other retinoid use.
Consult your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Disclose recent permanent brow procedures; skin must be fully healed.
